And the award for the most disappointing word of the year goes to… “no” by Gael 😀
Amara may be impressed by the show Gael did on the fortress, but something tells me Rugyam also has got some aces up his sleeve, which is why Gael is afraid of. After all he is his son…
Protip for Amara: make him again fulfill that promise thing 😉
Hardly surprising. Gael knows full well that Gira would try to kill him the second they see him, and that Amara is the only one that’ll her full trust into him. He saw that Yalin and Tevor only slightly warmed up to him after he saved their lives from the Kreeg.
*MAYBE* Primma can help sway him, once he fully catch a glimpse of her backstory, but that’s a very big maybe.

If Gael is the son of the windborn that gave Amara the mark, does that mean Rugyam gave Amara the mark?
Psh, killjoy. All she’s asking you to do is face impossible odds and certain death Gael, man up a little!
Sidenote, looks like there’s an extra “in” located on Tevor’s 2nd speech box, top left panel.
@Feh
Checked and fixed. Thanks!

Overconfidence, thy name is Amara.
Please forgive me, but Amara’s third speech bubble in the third picture seems to be a run-on sentence with no commas.
